I worked here for one month, nov-dec 14. My last scheduled work day, I didnt show up and I was terminated, which is completely fair. I went to go pick up my last check 2 weeks later and was told "they didnt have nothing for me". I thought, this must be a mistake. I get in contact with the owner Michelle, she tells me to give her some time to find out. I waited weeks. I come in to see her, she tells me "were too busy now, come in tuesday". I came in the following tuesday at 2pm and waited for an hour, she never showed up. I continue attempts of visiting and calling for weeks until I finally get her on the phone and explain my full situation regarding my check. She then tells me "let me call you in few minutes". She calls me back and says miraculously they "found" my check. You dont say! After 4 months of trying to get my money
This place finally shut down. The new Mediterranean restaurant that mount be taking over hopefully can make it work
We ordered our food and with in minutes they served it. A gentelmen I was with thought that they served us too fast fot the time it would take to cook the food. I had wing that were way over cooked and cold with the other gentelmen. His wife had ordered salmin and hers was over cooked and like a brick. We realized that the food had been pre cooked and maybe even frozen and reheated to serve us. The owner should watch Kitchen Nightmares and learn how to serve fresh food to customers. No wonder the place is alwacy empty. Dont plan on going back.
Food quality went down tremendously past 2 weeks. The tilapia that used to be the freshest and best in town tastes and smells like old fish dock now and is not tasty at all. The service also declined. The waitress ordered wrong food, did not even apologized. Will not go back.
She was trying to scheme me of my hard earned pay!! And even while I worked for them they tried to scheme me of my tips!! You see, as a bus boy, I was owed/promised a percentage of the tips made during my shift. But if you didnt ask michelle for your tips, she would collect ALL THE TIP MONEY. and if you didnt ask for it, your tip money would forever vanish into michelles pocket book. and she would bark at me saying "its my fault for not asking"
The food is SUB PAR / BLAND. But there business practices are ATROCIOUS / UNJUST.
