So very disappointed! Used to eat here on a regular basis; been quite awhile. Stopped on way home from a funeral. Hubs went to wash hands & a cockroach crawled up out of the sink. He failed to say anything to me. We ordered & received our food very quickly. While eating a cockroach dart across the table. I calmly trapped the roach and discreetly called the waitress to our table. I was trying to not make s scene in front of other diners. She turned to the owner sitting 4 feet from us. When she informed him, he said NOT ONE WORD. At the very least I would have expected/appreciated an apology or our dinner being comped. We went and paid the bill and left. We will not be going back again EVER!!! I feel so bad because we have recommended this restaurant to dozens of people.
Great folks, awesome service, amazing seafood and fair prices. I have been wanting to go there for supper for awhile now. Disappointed I waited this long but glad I finally did go. We will definitely be going back despite the 25 mile drive through the woods. If you go you'll not be disappointed but be prepare to wait for seating. We arrived at 6:00 and was seated right away but about 6:30 there was a waiting line.
Very good food and sweet tea, definitely a place i enjoy eating. Waitresses are very friendly and make it a comfortable environment for dining.
Even though waitresses were nice and attentive, the food was a complete disappointment. Came for lunch, paid almost $14 (before tips) for the poorest quality French fries, scoop of house salad and a bit of scallops of a quarter size and very small shrimp (almost like cocktail shrimp) that weren't even deveined. Silverware was a fork only. Scallops were way overcooked and had a consistency of rubber. Somebody said in one of reviews that hamburgers there are big. No, they are not. Regular size, I paid a special attention. And they don't have any desserts. Wouldn't recommend this place.
Service is quick and the staff Georgette, ,Amber and Ashley treat you like family and of course the food is delicious.
